   I was a little surprised that this hose reel had so much plastic in it. I had previously purchased a smaller unit of someone else's brand which turned out to be almost all steel for about 1/4 the price. At the price of this Reelcraft, I was surprised it had so much plastic. I will add that the slotted mounting holes are nice, but the holes that are not slotted - one is directly under the plastic reel, so was very hard to get a bolt installed in that hole. Fortunately, I was able to hold the plastic out of the way and get the bolt into the hole.Unfortunately, a few minutes after I had the RT850-OLD painfully installed, I pulled the hose out and the plastic gear "stop" broke - I didn't even get to use this.
